Ningjin Tianhua Mesh Belt Co., Ltd. was founded more than 20 years ago. With our efforts, Tianhua has become the biggest manufacturer of mesh conveyor belts and chains in China. Automatic streamline metal conveyor belts and chains are widely used in many fields, such as glass, food, chemical fiber, pharmaceuticals and electronics.

1. Glass industry: mesh belts for annealing furnaces and glass bottle conveying equipment. Belts with crimped connection rod, straight connecting rod, conventional weave and double balanced weave are available.

2. Biscuit industry: canvas belts made of cotton and nylon, with width from 180mm to 1200mm, oven edged belts for turning conveyor, flat flex belts for chocolate enrobing. Besides, we also supply biscuit equipment, flat flex belts for egg and poultry processing, and super-thin energy-saving belts imported from abroad.

3. Instant Noodle and Rice Noodle industry: stainless steel belts with side chains for oil box, drying box, constant knife, constant comber, connecting rod and forming box.

4. All kinds of stainless steel chains, mesh belts and connecting rods for IQF food and vegetable dehydration processing lines.

5. All kinds of conveyor mesh belts for heat treatment furnace to be used at over 1000 Centigrade degrees, and common materials are as follows: R25Ni2 , IR20Ni80.

6. We can design and make other streamline conveying equipment and metal mesh conveyor belts.
